This is a requirement for one of our Overseas U.S. based Client. You will he hired by Softlab Solutions on behalf of our client here in India. The Job is a remote job Work From Home. Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency headquartered in the United States. They got their start in 2005. The Role –

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects and campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a combination of project management skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. This role will be client facing role aswell and therefore your verbal and written English skills are must.

What you will do –

Project Planning and Strategy:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to define project goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Project Execution:

Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

Campaign Management:

Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, content, and assets as required.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact between marketing teams, senior management, and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any risks or issues.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all marketing materials meet quality standards and are consistent with the brand guidelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on project outcomes and ROI.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

What we are looking for –

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent project management experience.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism.
Experience using Click-Up
Strong Leadership skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced environment.
Excellent in English reading and writing
Experience in working with marketing tools like Hubspot
