Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage Learning & Development initiatives along with employee engagement activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training programs, organizing events, and creating a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive first impression and smooth administrative operations, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs for employees
Conduct training sessions as an in-house trainer on soft skills, behavioral skills, and professional development
Identify training needs through assessments and performance reviews
Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as happy hours, team-building events, and cultural programs
Coordinate and manage internal and external events
Work closely with HR and leadership to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Manage end-to-end training cycle (need identification, content creation, delivery, feedback)
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
Foster a positive work culture within the manufacturing setup
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / Employee Engagement
Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred

Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation
Event planning and coordination skills
Ability to engage employees across different levels (especially in manufacturing setup)
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
