Job Title: UI/UX & Graphic DesignerJob Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications while also creating high-quality visual assets for branding, marketing, and communication purposes. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual aesthetics, and modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design

Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability assessments to understand user behavior and business requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, UI components, and interaction patterns.
Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve product usability and performance.
Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Graphic Design

Design marketing materials including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, email templates, advertisements, and promotional assets.
Create visually compelling branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and corporate communication designs.
Produce graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual content aligned with brand identity.
Develop creative concepts and campaigns for digital marketing initiatives.
Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency and visual quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design and Graphic Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, mobile/web applications, branding, and graphic design work.
Experience working in an Agile or collaborative development environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, and information architecture.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Principle is an advantage.
Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows.

Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Familiarity with design handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows.
Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
