Job Title: Sales Lead

Department: Business Development

Reports To: General Manager / Medical Director
Industry: Hotel / Hospital
Location: Thane-Dombivali link road

Job Summary:

Vedvana Wellness is looking for a Business Growth Lead responsible for driving business revenue through . The candidate will work closely with management, operations, and branding teams to convert generated leads into actual business and expand Vedvana’s offline presence and wellness network.

This role is revenue-focused and execution-oriented. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales understanding, networking ability, and experience handling customer relationships and business development activities. Knowledge of wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or medical industry practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & REVENUE GROWTH

· Drive OPD and IPD business growth through active follow-ups and relationship management.

· Convert leads generated by the marketing team into actual bookings and consultations.

· Increase revenue through wellness packages, therapy programs, retreats, and corporate wellness tie-ups.

· Identify new offline business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

CORPORATE & PARTNERSHIP OUTREACH

· Build and manage relationships with:

o Corporate companies

o Doctors and clinics

o Fitness centres and gyms

o Wellness communities

o Housing societies

o Luxury lifestyle groups

· Develop wellness tie-ups, employee wellness programs, and referral partnerships.

· Conduct on-ground presentations and pitching activities.

LEAD MANAGEMENT & CONVERSION

· Handle and service incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

· Coordinate consultations, follow-ups, bookings, and customer onboarding.

· Ensure high conversion rates through timely communication and relationship building.

· Maintain lead tracking and sales reporting systems.

TEAM COORDINATION

· Manage and supervise:

o Sales executives

o Calling team

o Field representatives

· Monitor lead servicing quality and follow-up efficiency.

· Coordinate with the branding team for campaign alignment.

· Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth guest experience and service execution.

ACTIVATIONS & EVENTS

· Support execution of:

o Wellness camps

o Corporate wellness activities

o Promotional events

o Doctor meets

o Residential activations

o Influencer and community collaborations

Required Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Sales and business development understanding

· Networking and relationship-building abilities

· Team handling and coordination skills

· Strong follow-up and lead conversion capability

· Professional presentation and pitching skills

· Understanding of customer servicing and hospitality etiquette

Preferred Experience:

· 3–8 years of experience in:

o Business development

o Wellness marketing

o Hospitality sales

o Healthcare business

o Lifestyle sales

· Experience in wellness or healthcare industry preferred

· Existing corporate or referral network will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification:

MBA / Marketing / Business Management preferred OR
Relevant experience in business growth and sales

Skills Required:

Strong consultation and diagnostic skills.
Good communication and patient-handling abilities.
Knowledge of naturopathy therapies and holistic wellness practices.
Compassionate, calm, and professional approach.
Willingness to work in a wellness-centre environment.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Thane, Maharashtra (Thane, Thane District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
