Graphic Designer - Onsite - Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

Epirco Group is hiring a Graphic Designer to create high-impact visual assets across multiple brands, clients, and digital channels.This is not a production-only role for someone who simply follows instructions. We are looking for a creative professional who understands branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing, and who can transform ideas into compelling designs that drive engagement and business results.The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced agency environment. You should be comfortable collaborating with content creators, marketers, developers, project managers, and leadership while maintaining strong creative standards and ownership of your work.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Brand Assets

Design high-quality social media creatives, advertisements, presentations, infographics, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
Create engaging visual assets for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Develop banners, promotional materials, event creatives, and client-facing assets.
Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and client expectations.

Social Media & Marketing Support

Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop visually engaging campaigns.
Design assets for content calendars, newsletters, lead magnets, landing pages, and digital promotions.
Support campaign launches by creating platform-specific graphics optimized for engagement and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging creative formats.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with project managers, developers, content creators, and leadership teams to deliver projects on time.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and client projects.
Manage design revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Organize design files, templates, and brand assets to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, marketing materials, branding projects, and digital creative work.
English B2 level
Proficiency in Canva Pro.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Figma.
Experience working within a Digital Agency, Creative Agency, Marketing Agency, or IT Company.
Basic motion graphics or animation experience.
Understanding of branding systems and visual identity development.
Experience supporting international clients and cross-cultural teams.
