We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive specialising in US Bench Sales to join our growing team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, US Citizens) to US clients and vendors on C2C, W2, and 1099 arrangements
Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators
Source and match consultants to job requirements via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder
Negotiate pay rates, billing rates, and contract terms to maximise margins
Manage full sales cycle from outreach to offer closure and onboarding
Track submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue targets weekly
