Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused HR Generalist to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted strategic partner to employees, managers, and business leaders. This role demands a robust foundation in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce administration, alongside the ability to cultivate meaningful stakeholder relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including proactive candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to analyze manpower requirements and ensure the timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future business demands.
- Deliver an exceptional and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support strategic employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding activities to deliver a seamless, welcoming, and engaging integration experience for new hires.
- Manage all joining formalities, background documentation, corporate induction programs, and internal HR system updates.
- Facilitate structured employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews, managing clearance formalities, and drafting offboarding documentation.
- Coordinate Full & Final Settlement (FnF) processing in alignment with finance and relevant stakeholders.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain, audit, and update accurate employee records and central HR databases.
- Oversee employee probation extensions, confirmations, internal transfers, promotions, and other key employee lifecycle events.
- Ensure absolute accuracy of employee data and strict compliance with established HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of core HR initiatives, cross-functional programs, and continuous process improvements.
- Provide timely, high-quality support for day-to-day employee queries and HR-related requests.
4. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
- Support daily HR operations, administrative workflows, and facility-related HR tasks.
- Coordinate comprehensive monthly payroll inputs, including tracking attendance, leave records, performance incentives, and employee data validation.
- Assist in seamless payroll processing and ensure rapid resolution of employee payroll-related queries.
- Support statutory compliance management, including tracking PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable labor regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage clear, timely benefit-related communications.
- Generate accurate HR data reports, tracking dashboards, and Management Information Systems (MIS) as required by leadership.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR-related inquiries and workplace matters.
- Support structured grievance handling and conflict resolution while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Plan, organize, and execute impact-driven employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and rewards and recognition (R&R) programs.
- Partner with department managers to promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Drive localized initiatives designed to enhance employee satisfaction, talent retention, and the overall employee experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Employee Relations capacity.
- Strong foundational understanding of modern recruitment methodologies, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and employee engagement practices.
- Solid basic understanding of payroll workflows, benefits administration, and Indian statutory compliance rules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business vocabulary.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a proven ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively with both front-line employees and functional business leaders.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced MS Excel formulas and hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, coordination, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Absolute ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with extreme discretion.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (such as an ITES, BPO, or healthcare services setup).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect, engage, and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated history of driving ownership, taking initiative, and applying a solution-oriented lens to business challenges.
- Immediate joiners or candidates possessing a notice period of up to 15 days will be heavily preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
