Key Responsibilities

Customer Intake & Communication: Greeting clients, listening to vehicle issues, and explaining repair processes or technical jargon in simple terms.
Service Scheduling & Documentation: Creating detailed job cards, documenting vehicle conditions (including damage), and scheduling appointments.
Technical Coordination: Translating customer needs into work orders for technicians and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
Estimates & Billing: Preparing repair estimates, discussing costs with customers, managing warranty claims, and handling invoicing.
Sales & Service Promotion: Upselling necessary maintenance services and building customer loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems to effectively converse with technicians and customers.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to handle complaints professionally and provide a positive experience.
Communication & Sales Skills: Ability to explain complex repairs and upsell services.
Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple vehicles, technicians, and parts orders simultaneously.
Numerical Proficiency: Basic math skills for calculating estimates, labor hours, and invoicing.
