Role Overview

As an MEP Site Engineer / Manager, you will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades on-site. You will bridge the gap between design and physical execution, ensuring that complex utility networks integrate seamlessly into both high-rise residential towers and commercial spaces. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Coordination

Supervise day-to-day installation of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical panels) to guarantee alignment with approved drawings. [1]
Coordinate MEP drafts and models with civil, architectural, and structural teams to prevent or resolve on-site physical clashes (using tools like AutoCAD or Navisworks). [1, 2]
Manage specialized subcontractors and vendors, resolving technical site queries in real time. [1, 2]

2. Quality Control & Commissioning

Conduct routine site inspections to verify installation quality.
Witness and document system testing (e.g., pressure tests, duct leakage tests, and electrical load testing).
Support system commissioning and client handover processes. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all MEP works comply with local building codes, national standards (e.g., IS codes for India projects), and sustainability goals.
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols specific to MEP activities (e.g., electrical safety and confined space work). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

4. Commercial & Resource Management

Review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and material specifications.
Track project metrics such as material consumption and installation progress, and compile daily or weekly site reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
