The Role: How You’ll Make an Impact
We are looking for a collaborative, growth-minded Java Full-Stack Engineer with strong Angular expertise. In this role, you won't just write code—you will innovate boldly, then make things happen. You will own features end-to-end, ensuring our platform is deeply intuitive, highly performant, and ultimately saves time for the healthcare providers who rely on us every day.
Create Customer Delight: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable cloud applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular that make a doctor's day-to-day seamless.
Think Big: Participate in architectural discussions, bringing forward-thinking ideas to scale our specialty-specific platform.
Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and fellow engineers in an agile environment to turn complex healthcare workflows into elegant digital solutions.
Drive Excellence: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can grow.

️ What You Bring to the Team

Backend Mastery: Strong experience with Java (Java 11+ preferred) and the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
Frontend Expertise: Solid experience building modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular (or modern TypeScript frameworks with a willingness to specialize in Angular).
Database & Cloud: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
API Design: Experience designing and consuming secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
Testing Culture: Commitment to automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma, or Cypress).
A passion for problem-solving and a desire to improve the healthcare landscape.
Strong communication skills with an empathetic, team-first attitude.
An agile mindset—comfortable iterating quickly to deliver value.
