Full job description

We are looking for a Purchase Trainee Apprentice to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn purchasing processes, vendor management, and inventory coordination while supporting day-to-day procurement activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and order status.
Maintain purchase records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements.
Support inventory monitoring and replenishment activities.
Prepare reports and update procurement data.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field or any graduate
Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
