Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) lead
Role Overview
As the Global ABM lead, you will be a strategic partner to sales, Marketing industry leads, and growth operations, driving personalised marketing efforts for high-value accounts. This role is central to aligning marketing and sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth through targeted campaigns, and to leading the structure and execution of Genpact’s executive relationship programme across 155 strategic accounts.
You will own the end-to-end programme management of ABM, evolving Genpact’s approach from campaign-led execution to AI-enabled account orchestration.
You will lead the application of AI and emerging agentic workflows to scale personalised engagement—transforming how we identify buying groups, generate content, and activate multi-channel journeys.
This role is a key enabler of Genpact’s ambition to become a global leader in agentic and advanced technology solutions, helping position our capabilities in front of the most strategic clients. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Programme Management
Lead the planning, governance, and execution of ABM programmes across priority accounts, including the 155 strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with sales and growth objectives. -
Executive Relationship Programme
Design and deliver a structured executive engagement programme for priority clients, integrating ABM tactics to deepen relationships and drive growth. -
Cross-Functional Liaison
Collaborate with Unit Marketing, Centres of Excellence, and Growth Operations to ensure ABM efforts are aligned with broader marketing and business strategies. -
Account Intelligence

Develop deep account intelligence by leveraging AI-driven insights, intent data, and buying group identification to prioritise opportunities and inform engagement strategies.

Campaign Execution
Create personalised content and experiences across channels—email, events, webinars, digital ads—tailored to account needs and buying stages.
AI & Technology Enablement
Lead the adoption and application of AI across ABM execution, including:

Generative AI to scale personalised content, messaging, and account-specific assets

AI-powered targeting and segmentation to refine account prioritisation and buying group insights

Agentic workflows and automation to streamline research, outreach, and campaign execution

Sales-facing AI enablement, equipping account teams with personalised insights and content

Define and track success through account engagement, pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and revenue impact, using data to continuously optimise programmes.

Budget Management
Ensure efficient use of resources to maximise ROI across ABM programmes. -
Innovation & Brand Activation

Champion innovation by bringing emerging AI-driven ABM practices and tools into the organisation, ensuring Genpact remains at the forefront of market-leading, scalable personalisation.
