Job Description – HR Executive

Topper Shiksha is an EdTech company focused on empowering students from Grade 1 to Grade 10 through practical and skill-based learning programs such as Robotics, STEM, Vedic Maths, Abacus, Coding, Quiz, Chess, Spell Bee, Calligraphy, Drone Technology, and other enrichment activities.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive who can support recruitment, employee coordination, training management, and HR operations for our growing educational organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

Handle end-to-end recruitment for trainers, teachers, interns, coordinators, and office staff.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Employee Management

Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Support performance review and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate staff meetings and internal communications.

HR Operations

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Assist in payroll coordination and documentation.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.

Training & Coordination

Coordinate trainer schedules and school program requirements.
Assist in organizing workshops, competitions, and employee training sessions.
Support academic and operations teams during school events.

Administrative Support

Maintain office discipline and employee coordination.
Keep HR files and reports updated.
Support management with daily operational tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
Experience in education or EdTech industry preferred.
