Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager-Real Estate

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Professional with a strong understanding of the Kolkata real estate market. The candidate should possess proven experience in property sales, icad generation, customer relationship management, and project marketing. Key Responsibilities

Gene quality, and convert leads into sales through various channels including direct marketing, referrals, digital campaigns, and channel partners.

Sales & Business Development

Conduct project presentations, and benefits. ustomer meetings to showcase

Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to booking and documentation

Maintain a pipeline of prospects conversion. regular follow-up for lead

Channel Partner Management

Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property consultants across Kolkata

Conduct regular meetings and project briefings with channel partners.

Support channel partners with project int eting assistance

Marketing Actinties

Assist in planning and executing project-specific marketing campaigns and promotional activitics.

Coordinate digital marketing agencies Initiatives. Ivendors for lead generation

Participate in property exhibitions, tional events,

engagement programs.

Monitor competitor projects, pricing trends, and market developments to identify

business opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, bookings, and sales performance

using CRM systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Graduate in discipline: MBA in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.

Prior experience in the Kol mandatory.
