About the Role

Ace Web Solutions is hiring a Process Executive to join our US IT services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong English communication skills who wants to build a career in US customer service, IT services, operations, and process coordination.

You will communicate with US-based customers and coordinate with our internal technical, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure customers receive timely and professional service.

Freshers are welcome. IT experience is not mandatory — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with US-based customers via phone and email.
Understand customer requirements and create/update service tickets.
Coordinate with IT technicians, support, sales, and dispatch teams.
Schedule and coordinate technician visits when required.
Follow up with customers and technicians to ensure requests are progressing.
Provide customers with timely updates on their service requests.
Maintain accurate customer and ticket information in CRM/ticketing systems.
Escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow company SOPs, processes, and service standards.
Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with US customer service standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.
Support the team in maintaining SLA and service-quality standards.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Comfortable using email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and web applications.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work according to US business hours and assigned shifts — Mandatory.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers are welcome.
Graduates from any field can apply.
0–2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, sales support, technical support, or operations is preferred.
Experience working with US customers is an advantage.
Candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Technician scheduling and dispatch
CRM and ticketing systems
Basic IT and troubleshooting concepts

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is confident, articulate, professional, organized, and eager to learn.

You don't need to be an IT expert. If you have excellent English communication skills and the right attitude, we'll train you on the IT services and processes.

Mandatory Work RequirementsWork From Office

This is a Work From Office (WFO) position supporting US IT Services / US Client Operations.

Candidates must be willing and able to work from the office according to their assigned shift.

Shift Flexibility

Candidates must be comfortable working in any of the following shifts:

5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
3:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Flexibility to work the assigned shift is mandatory.

Compensation & Job Details

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
