Data Associate & Telecalling Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Associate & Telecalling Sales Executive to manage customer data, handle enquiries, communicate with prospective clients, and support the sales process. The role involves maintaining accurate data, making outbound calls, following up with leads, understanding client requirements, explaining company services, and converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer, enquiry, lead, and sales-related data accurately.
Enter, organize, verify, and manage data in CRM and internal systems.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients and existing customers.
Understand client requirements related to PhD assistance, research support, publication, thesis, and related academic services.
Explain relevant company services, processes, and service packages to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Generate and maintain leads through telecalling and systematic follow-up.
Identify potential clients and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the technical/research team to understand service requirements and provide appropriate information to clients.
Follow up with interested clients and support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Track pending enquiries, follow-ups, and client responses to ensure timely communication.
Prepare basic daily and weekly reports related to calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure all customer information and sales data are kept updated and confidential.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate technical or service-related concerns to the concerned team.
Meet assigned calling, follow-up, lead generation, and sales targets.
Support the organization in improving lead conversion, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong telecalling and customer-handling skills.
Basic sales and lead-conversion knowledge.
Good data-entry and computer skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and MS Office.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain services clearly.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining data.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

Any Bachelor's Degree / equivalent qualification.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, data management, or business development will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in education, academic services, research assistance, or service-based organizations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling regular follow-ups.
Positive attitude with a willingness to achieve sales targets.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.
Strong interest in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
