Job Summary

Role Summary We are seeking a skilled BigFix Administrator (L2) to manage and support enterprise endpoint management services using the BigFix platform. The role will be responsible for endpoint patching, software deployment, compliance management, vulnerability remediation, automation support, reporting, and day-to-day administration of the BigFix infrastructure. The individual will work closely with Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, Security, Vulnerability Management, and Service Management teams to ensure endpoint compliance, platform stability, and consistent service delivery. Key Responsibilities Endpoint Management Administer and maintain the BigFix Endpoint Management platform. Manage Windows, Linux, UNIX, and macOS endpoints through BigFix. Monitor endpoint health, agent status, relay availability, and platform performance. Perform endpoint onboarding, offboarding, grouping, and lifecycle management. Patch Management Deploy operating system patches and security updates using BigFix Fixlets and Baselines. Monitor patch compliance and remediation status. Coordinate patch testing, deployment scheduling, and change implementation. Support emergency and out-of-band patching activities. Software Distribution Package, deploy, and manage software installations through BigFix. Troubleshoot software deployment failures. Maintain software deployment schedules and success metrics. Support application upgrades and version control activities. Compliance & Security Monitor endpoint compliance against organizational security policies. Support vulnerability remediation activities through BigFix integrations. Ensure policy enforcement and compliance reporting. Work with Security Operations teams to address compliance deviations. Automation & Scripting Develop and support BigFix Tasks, Fixlets, Baselines, and automation workflows. Execute automated remediation activities. Identify opportunities for endpoint automation and operational efficiency. Assist in script testing, validation, and deployment. Monitoring & Reporting Generate compliance, patching, deployment, and endpoint health reports. Maintain operational dashboards and governance metrics. Analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements. Provide inputs for service reviews and governance meetings. Incident & Problem Management Resolve Level 2 incidents related to BigFix infrastructure and endpoint management. Perform root cause analysis for recurring platform or deployment issues. Support major incident resolution activities. Contribute to Problem Management and Continual Service Improvement initiatives. Infrastructure Support Support BigFix Server, Relay, Console, WebUI, and Agent administration. Monitor platform capacity, availability, and performance. Coordinate upgrades, maintenance, and platform enhancements. Support cloud-integrated endpoint management requirements.
