Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated QA Engineer Interns who are passionate about software quality and eager to build a career in Software Testing. As a QA Intern, you will work alongside experienced QA professionals and gain hands-on experience in manual and automation testing while working on real-world web and mobile applications.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn industry best practices, modern testing tools, and Agile development methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manual Testing

Understand business and functional requirements.
Design and execute manual test cases.
Perform functional, regression, UI, and exploratory testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
Verify bug fixes and support release validation.

Automation Testing

Learn and assist in developing automation scripts using Selenium with Java.
Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.
Assist in maintaining automation frameworks.
Support web and mobile application testing.

Collaboration

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Prepare test reports and document testing activities.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Open to recent graduates.
Candidates who have completed relevant projects, internships, or certifications — especially any that used AI tools — are strongly encouraged to apply
Good academic record.
Strong interest in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
Basic programming knowledge in Java.
Basic understanding of SQL.
Familiarity with Selenium is an added advantage.
Knowledge of JIRA, Git, or Postman is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to explore new technologies.
