Job Summary
Adrij Software is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing a strong sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential markets and companies, generating and qualifying leads, connecting with decision-makers, understanding business requirements, and helping convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
The candidate will represent Adrij Software's services, including Custom Software Development, AI & Automation Solutions, Data Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, Web & Mobile Development, and Digital Solutions.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys business development, networking, client communication, lead generation, and working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research industries, markets, companies, and potential business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential clients and relevant decision-makers.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, networking, online platforms, and other outreach channels.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies based on the prospect's business and technology requirements.
- Build professional relationships with founders, CEOs, CTOs, business owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Understand initial client requirements and identify suitable Adrij Software services and solutions.
- Conduct introductory discussions and participate in online meetings using Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Communicate business requirements and client expectations clearly with the internal technical team.
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
- Help develop and manage a healthy sales and business development pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversations, opportunities, and follow-up activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Support proposal preparation, client discussions, commercial negotiations, and the onboarding process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Work toward agreed weekly and monthly business development goals and KPIs.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation, client engagement, and business growth.

- Good understanding of B2B business development and lead generation processes.
- Ability to research companies, industries, and potential decision-makers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, cold email outreach, networking, referrals, or other business development channels.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, AI, data, cloud technologies, or digital solutions is preferred.
- Strong listening and requirement-understanding abilities.
- Good follow-up, organization, and communication discipline.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, management, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Development is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Services Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Freshers with English communication skills, business development interest, and confidence in client communication may also be considered.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
The final compensation will depend on the candidate's relevant experience, communication ability, skills, and performance during the selection process.
Additional incentives may be offered based on performance and contribution toward qualified opportunities and successfully acquired clients or projects, according to company policy.
