About Hiverift

Hiverift is a technology and digital services company providing website development, software and app development, digital marketing, cloud services, hosting, and technology solutions to businesses.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of our visual communication across digital marketing, branding, social media, websites, advertising, and internal business requirements.

This is not a role for someone who simply executes templates. We need a designer with strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to turn a brief into professional, conversion-focused creative work.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, landing pages, presentations, and promotional materials.
Develop creative concepts from a basic brief and turn them into polished visual designs.
Design graphics for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital advertising platforms.
Create social media posts, carousels, banners, promotional creatives, reels/thumbnails, and campaign assets.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
Maintain consistent branding, typography, color systems, layouts, and visual standards across Hiverift’s marketing materials.
Design website sections, landing-page visuals, UI graphics, icons, illustrations, and other digital assets when required.
Create company presentations, proposals, brochures, pitch decks, and other business collateral.
Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
Review existing creatives and proactively suggest improvements rather than simply following instructions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
Maintain organized source files and design assets for future editing and reuse.
Stay updated with current design trends, advertising creative formats, typography, AI-assisted design tools, and digital marketing best practices.

What We Expect From You

Strong design fundamentals and excellent visual taste.
Ability to understand why a design is being created, not just how to create it.
Ability to create original concepts instead of heavily relying on templates.
Strong attention to spacing, alignment, typography, hierarchy, and consistency.
Ability to handle feedback professionally and improve designs quickly.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Strong time-management and deadline-management skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio that demonstrates real-world commercial design work.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory.

Your portfolio should demonstrate a range of work, preferably including:

Social media campaigns
Digital advertisements
Branding
Website/landing-page designs
Marketing collateral
Presentations
Creative campaigns
Any UI/UX or motion-design work, if applicable

We are more interested in the quality of your thinking and execution than the number of designs in your portfolio.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Deliver high-quality designs consistently.
Meet agreed deadlines.
Maintain Hiverift’s visual brand standards.
Produce multiple creative variations when required for marketing testing.
Respond quickly to design feedback.
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery.
Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communication.

Who Should Apply?

If your experience is primarily limited to Canva templates, basic social media posts, or copying existing designs, this role is probably not the right fit.
