About Us

Creative Point is a dynamic and growing digital marketing company committed to helping businesses grow online. We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented SEO TL to guide our SEO team and drive results for our clients.

As an SEO TL, you will lead the planning and execution of SEO strategies, mentor and manage a team of SEO analysts, and ensure consistent delivery of organic visibility, traffic, and search ranking improvements for client and company websites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead keyword research and strategy development using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, WordTracker, or Keyword Discovery, aligned with client business goals
Oversee on-page SEO optimization of website content, meta tags, and landing pages across client accounts
Conduct in-depth SEO audits and provide strategic recommendations on website structure, architecture, and technical elements
Design, plan, and oversee execution of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns
Review and guide the team in writing SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, and landing pages
Oversee administration of search engine tools (XML sitemaps, Google Search Console, Webmaster Tools) for diagnostic reporting across accounts
Monitor and analyze web analytics dashboards (Google Analytics and internal reporting tools), track rankings, traffic, and engagement, and translate data into actionable insights
Guide content creation for social media (case studies, blog posts, video briefs) in coordination with the content team
Manage CMS platform usage across the team for building and administering website content
Stay ahead of SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry tools, and train the team accordingly
Mentor, train, and manage SEO analysts, delegating tasks and reviewing quality of work
Own client communication — report progress, timelines, and results to clients and senior management
Set team goals, KPIs, and workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet client objectives

Requirements

1+ years of experience in SEO/SEM, including prior experience mentoring or leading a team (adjust based on your needs)
Strong working knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms required
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing communication
Strong leadership, delegation, and team management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and passionate about mentoring others in digital marketing
Any Degree (Marketing/Business background a plus)
