We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills and will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, defining requirements, improving processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that support strategic business objectives.
This role requires collaboration across business, operations, technology, compliance, and leadership teams to drive process optimization, digital transformation, automation initiatives, and successful project delivery. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor capable of translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while ensuring measurable business value realization.
Primary Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, walkthroughs, and discovery sessions to elicit and validate business requirements

Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria with end-to-end traceability

Create As-Is and To-Be process models to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities

Facilitate business reviews, requirement signoffs, and change impact assessments

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, root causes, and operational insights
-
Develop metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and KPI frameworks using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Collaborate with data engineering and reporting teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and evidence-based recommendations

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Evaluate current business processes and recommend optimization opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

Identify automation opportunities using RPA, AI, Generative AI, and workflow technologies

Quantify operational efficiencies, cost savings, productivity gains, and realized business value

Agile Delivery & Product Support

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and QA teams throughout delivery cycles

Prioritize backlog items, support MVP definition, roadmap planning, release readiness, and change management activities

Assist cross-functional teams in resolving business and technical challenges

Testing & Quality Assurance

Lead UAT planning, coordination, execution, and sign-off activities

Develop test scenarios, business test cases, validation criteria, and defect tracking processes

Ensure delivered solutions aligned with documented requirements and business expectations

Stakeholder & Executive Management

Build partnerships with business leaders, operational teams, technology groups, and external vendors

Communicate progress, risks, issues, recommendations, and decisions to stakeholders at all organizational levels

Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, dashboards, and status reports
-
Facilitate decision-making sessions and serve as a trusted advisor for transformation initiatives

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks

Participate in risk assessments, mitigation planning, audit activities, and change control processes

Support data privacy, security, compliance, and complete project documentation requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field

Experience:
-
5+ years of business analysis, business consulting, data analytics, product management support, or project delivery experience
-
Proven experience leading medium-to-large cross-functional initiatives
-
Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
-
Demonstrated success in process improvement, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement

Technical Skills:

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or BPMN platforms

Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, or equivalent tools
