Role Overview As Brand Manager for Almond House , you will lead the strategic, creative, and commercial direction of the brand. This is not a vanity marketing role — this is full-stack brand building: market research, product positioning, packaging, launches, pricing, and visibility. You will work at the intersection of innovation, design, and commerce. You’ll own the brand like it’s your own.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
● Refine and execute the brand vision, tone, and customer persona across channels.
● Develop messaging frameworks and storytelling that differentiate Amande in a cluttered space. Sales & Revenue Alignment
● Collaborate with sales teams to increase footfalls, generate leads and conversions.
● Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales. Track and measure marketing ROI through KPIs and analytics.
2. New Product Development
● Lead NPD with inputs on product-market fit, flavour innovation, format, and packaging.
● Conduct competitor benchmarking and trendspotting (desserts, patisserie, gifting, diet/lifestyle shifts). 3. Campaigns & Launches
● Plan and execute launch campaigns for new SKUs, gifting ranges, and seasonal collections.
● Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life. 4.
Retail & Online Brand Experience
● Drive brand presence across Almond House outlets (packaging, in-store comms, visibility).
● Collaborate with ecommerce and digital teams to elevate the D2C experience (photography, product pages, brand tone).
5. Packaging & Visual Identity
● Own packaging design and innovation – from labels and sleeves to QR codes and storytelling inserts.
● Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all consumer-facing assets. 6. Performance Tracking & Feedback Loops
● Track category performance, NPD adoption, pricing feedback, customer satisfaction, and repeat rate.
● Use insights from sales teams, store feedback, and customer reviews to improve product and messaging. Must-Haves
● 6-10 years of brand building experience in F&B, D2C, or lifestyle categories. ● Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
● Experience working cross-functionally with NPD, retail, marketing, and design teams. ● Proven ability to manage packaging development from idea to execution.
● Comfort with both spreadsheets and moodboards — you’re as analytical as you are creative. Good-to-Have
● Background in patisserie, bakery, or luxury F&B brands.
● Understanding of modern food gifting and online discovery behaviors.
● Previous experience in a founder-led, fast-moving startup environment.
