Company Overview:

We are a growing natural products and wellness company dedicated to delivering high-quality traditional and modern health solutions. We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media campaigns, driving organic growth, and maximizing audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in tracking social media metrics, understanding algorithm shifts, managing video content distribution (Reels/Shorts), and building a loyal community around our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage and optimize official pages across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Content Strategy & Execution: Plan content calendars, write engaging copy, and collaborate on video/podcast production (including founder-led content and expert interviews).
Growth & Engagement: Monitor performance dashboards, track metrics (reach, retention graphs, follower growth), and implement strategies to drive viral reach and community building.
Campaign Management: Design and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (Facebook Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio).
Content Creation: Strong understanding of short-form video dynamics (Reels/Shorts), basic video editing knowledge, and script/caption writing skills.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, read retention graphs, and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication skills (English and Malayalam) to effectively convey the brand's voice.
