About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager – STEM Education to lead the ideation, development, sourcing, and execution of innovative STEM learning solutions for schools.
The candidate should possess deep domain expertise in STEM education, Robotics, AI, Coding, IoT, and emerging education technologies. The role requires a strong understanding of product strategy, educational pedagogy, technology integration, and market trends in the education ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building end-to-end STEM solution stacks aligned with NEP, experiential learning models, and future-ready classroom requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Product Ideation & Innovation
- Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new STEM education products and learning solutions.
- Develop innovative products aligned with school curriculum requirements.
- Identify future trends in Robotics, AI, IoT, AR/VR, Coding, Maker Labs, and experiential learning.
- Conduct extensive market and product research in the STEM education ecosystem.
- Analyze global STEM education trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate product feasibility, scalability, and commercialization opportunities.
Technical Skill Set
The candidate should have strong practical and conceptual knowledge in the following areas:
Robotics & Embedded Systems
- Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Micro bit, and other microcontroller platforms
- Sensors, motors, and robotics integration
- Robotics kit development and automation concepts
Programming & Software
- Scratch, Blockly, Python, C/C++, Java basics for STEM learning
- App-based and cloud-based STEM platforms
AI, IoT & Emerging Technologies
- Internet of Things (IoT) architecture and educational applications
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals
- Smart classroom and connected lab ecosystem understanding
STEM Lab Infrastructure
- Design and planning of ATL Labs, Robotics Labs, AI Labs, Coding Labs,
- Knowledge of lab hardware, networking, safety standards, and classroom integration
Educational Technology
- LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems
- Curriculum mapping with NEP, CBSE, ICSE, IB, and State Boards
- STEM content planning and experiential learning methodologies
STEM Solution Development
- Design complete STEM solution stacks for:
- K-12 Schools
- Skill Development Centres
- Innovation & Robotics Labs
- Create integrated offerings including hardware, software, curriculum, content, and teacher training components.
Product Execution & Go-to-Market
- Support pilot deployments and product implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for product positioning and GTM strategy.
- Prepare product documentation, presentations, technical specifications, and training material.
- Conduct Training and Workshops
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in STEM Education, Robotics, EdTech, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of K-12 ecosystem.
- Hands-on exposure to STEM lab products, robotics kits, and emerging education technologies.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop scalable education solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mind set with innovation-driven thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- Additional certifications in Robotics, AI, STEM Education, or Product Management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
