Centre Manager / Project Manager / Training Coordinator
DDU-GKY Training Centre (Residential / Non-Residential)
The Non-Domain Trainer is responsible for delivering all non-domain training components prescribed under the DDU-GKY guidelines to enhance candidates’ employability, workplace readiness, and overall personality development.
Deliver non-domain modules as per DDU-GKY SOP and approved curriculum, including:
Soft Skills & Communication Skills
Employability Skills
English / Local Language Communication
Digital Literacy
Financial Literacy
Health, Hygiene & Safety (HSE)
Gender Sensitization & Legal Rights
Life Skills and Workplace Ethics
Conduct interactive classroom sessions, role plays, group activities, and assessments.
Ensure minimum training hours and learning outcomes are met as per norms.
Prepare session plans, lesson plans, and training materials.
Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
Mentor and motivate candidates, especially rural and disadvantaged youth.
Address learning gaps and provide remedial support when required.
Promote discipline, punctuality, and positive behavior among trainees.
Coordinate with Domain Trainers, Centre Manager, and Project Staff.
Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY SOP 2.0 and quality standards.
Support inspections, audits, and monitoring visits by SRLM/MoRD.
Maintain proper documentation including session plans, attendance, assessments, and feedback forms.
Support data entry and reporting as required for DDU-GKY MIS.
Graduate in any discipline (BA / BCom / BSc / BSW / B.Ed preferred)
Certification or training in Soft Skills / Employability Skills / Life Skills preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or skill development programs
Experience in government skill schemes (DDU-GKY / PMKVY / NSDC) preferred
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
Ability to work with youth from diverse backgrounds
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
Patience, empathy, and motivational ability
May require working in residential training centres
Flexible working hours based on training schedules
Travel may be required for outreach or official meetings
