As we continue to scale our manufacturing operations, we are looking for dynamic professionals who can contribute to operational excellence and efficient factory management.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and execution-driven Executive Assistant to support factory operations and management at our manufacturing facility. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, coordination skills, operational problem-solving, and the ability to manage day-to-day factory activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining factory processes, coordinating with teams, ensuring production timelines are met, and supporting overall operational efficiency across the unit.

Key ResponsibilitiesFactory Operations & Coordination

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
Support factory management in setting up and streamlining operational processes during the expansion and pilot phase
Coordinate with production teams to monitor output, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of production targets

Production Planning & Execution

Track production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution
Maintain regular follow-up with supervisors and workforce to ensure smooth execution on the shop floor

MIS & Process Management

Coordinate with MIS teams to prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, data sheets, and reporting structures
Support implementation of organized workflows, reporting systems, and factory documentation processes
Monitor operational data and provide updates to management as required

Workforce & Administrative Management

Coordinate workforce schedules, attendance, and task allocation across departments
Manage communication between management, supervisors, and factory staff
Support handling of a workforce of 50+ labor staff to ensure operational discipline and efficiency

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and coordination for factory management
Handle internal communication and ensure effective coordination between departments
Support office administration and operational planning activities as required

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
6+ years of experience in operations, executive assistance, factory coordination, or administrative management
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational coordination
Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset

Employment Details

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Badli, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Compensation: As per industry standards and candidate experience
