Account Executive:- Department Accounts & Finance

Location Delhi

Employment Type Full-Time

Experience Required 2–4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, reconciliations, audit preparation, and record management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS compliance, Tally, and banking processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting

Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
Ensure timely entry of purchase and sales invoices.
Prepare monthly financial statements including:
Balance Sheet
Profit & Loss Statement
Cash Flow Statement
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST and TDS calculations, filing, and deposits.
Ensure timely statutory compliance and tax filings.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance matters.

Reconciliation & Banking

Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile debtors, creditors, and ledger accounts with accuracy.
Maintain proper banking records and transaction documentation.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage vendor payments and accounts payable processes.
Maintain records of invoices, approvals, and vendor communications.
Ensure proper filing and retrieval of purchase, sales, and journal records.

Expense & Cost Control

Verify employee tour bills and expense claims.
Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.

Audit & Documentation

Prepare audit schedules, checklists, and supporting documents.
Maintain high audit readiness with proper internal controls.
Support internal and external audits.

Cash Flow & Credit Monitoring

Prepare monthly cash flow reports.
Track cash inflows and outflows effectively.
Maintain customer credit assessment records and credit limits.

Additional Responsibilities

Prepare marketing bidding documents and other administrative financial documents as required.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
