Role Overview
The Yellow Coin Communication is looking for a highly strategic, result-oriented, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead who has hands-on experience managing large-scale digital campaigns and delivering measurable business growth for established brands.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Performance Marketing, PPC, Lead Generation, Organic Growth Strategies, and ROI-focused digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other emerging digital ecosystems. This role requires someone who understands the complete digital marketing funnel — from audience targeting and campaign execution to analytics, optimization, conversion tracking, and long-term brand growth through both paid and organic strategies.
The candidate should be technologically updated, data-driven, and capable of leading client discussions, managing teams, and driving integrated digital campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms
- Drive lead generation campaigns focused on conversions, customer acquisition, and measurable business outcomes
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience strategies for maximum campaign efficiency
- Build and optimize search, display, video, shopping, retargeting, and lead-generation campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently while scaling campaigns profitably
- Create and optimize high-converting landing page strategies and ad copies
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics frameworks for accurate reporting and attribution
Organic Growth & Integrated Digital Strategy
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies to improve digital visibility, engagement, and audience growth
- Collaborate with SEO, content, social media, and PR teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Drive content amplification strategies across social media platforms, blogs, communities, and digital channels
- Monitor organic performance metrics including traffic, engagement, keyword rankings, and audience retention
- Build integrated paid + organic marketing strategies for long-term brand growth and lead generation
- Stay updated with latest platform algorithms, digital trends, AI-driven tools, and emerging technologies
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance, audience behaviour, and digital insights to drive strategic decisions
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and campaign presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and optimization strategies
- Track campaign KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns for better efficiency and results
- Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms
Client & Team Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients and lead strategic discussions confidently
- Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and quality delivery
- Lead and mentor junior digital marketing team members, ensuring performance excellence and team growth
- Present campaign strategies, performance reports, optimization plans, and digital recommendations to clients
- Identify growth opportunities, innovative campaign ideas, and emerging digital trends for brands
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of organic marketing, SEO fundamentals, social media growth, and content amplification
- Proven experience in lead generation and ROI-driven campaign execution
- Hands-on experience managing large advertising budgets and scaling campaigns successfully
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, attribution models, and campaign optimization
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and campaign optimization technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or a related field
- Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, GA4 Certification preferred
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing, preferably in a digital agency, PR agency, or integrated communications setup
- Prior experience handling large brands, lead-generation campaigns, and integrated paid + organic growth strategies is essential
- Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing campaign performance, lead generation results, organic growth achievements, and ROI improvements preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
