We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Associate in the Founder's Office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Founder and gain exposure to the strategic, operational, and day-to-day aspects of running a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.
Position Overview:
As a key member of the Founder's Office, you will be responsible for supporting the Founder and executive team in various capacities. This includes managing day-to-day operations, preparing strategic presentations, coordinating meetings and communications, and providing administrative support. You will play an integral role in driving efficiency, supporting decision-making, and helping the company scale.
Key Responsibilities:
· Executive Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to the Founder/CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
· Project Management: Assist with strategic projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met. Track progress and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet goals.
· Communication Management: Draft and manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
· Operational Support: Assist in organizing and executing internal events, all-hands meetings, and company-wide communications.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the Founder's office and across the broader organization.
· Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or business strategy role
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Must have skills: Managing Calendar, Recording Minutes of Meeting, Travel Management, Multitasking, Independent Correspondence, Email Management.
