We move fast, experiment often, and iterate relentlessly. We are looking for an AI Engineer Intern who is exceptionally curious, hands-on, and excited to help us build an AI-first company.
Role Overview
We are seeking an In-Office Intern in Jaipur who wants to shape the future of fintech with artificial intelligence. This role is not focused on academic research or building machine learning models from scratch. Instead, you will work on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems, agents, workflows, and automation that directly impact our products, internal operations, and customer experience.
You will spend your time exploring the latest developments in AI, experimenting with new models and frameworks, building autonomous agents, and integrating AI into every possible aspect of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development: Design and build autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI, and similar technologies. Create multi-agent workflows with memory, tool calling, and reasoning capabilities.
- LLM Engineering: Work with frontier and open-source models including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, and others. Optimize model performance, structured outputs, and advanced prompting strategies.
- AI Infrastructure & Integrations: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and integrate vector databases. Connect AI workflows with APIs, databases, CRMs, WhatsApp, email, and internal tools to create scalable backend services.
- Research & Experimentation: Continuously explore emerging AI tools, frameworks, and protocols (like MCP). Run rapid prototypes to identify opportunities where AI can automate workflows, reduce costs, or elevate user experience.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and developers to convert real-world business and financial problems into production-grade AI solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- AI & LLM Mastery: Strong understanding ofLarge Language Models (LLMs) and hands-on experience building AI applications and agents.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Core Development: Good Python programming skills and comfort working with APIs and external integrations.
- Data & Memory: Solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and AI memory systems.
- Efficiency: A proactive "builder" mindset—you have the ability to independently learn and implement new technologies rapidly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience deploying AI applications to production and working with open-source model deployment.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, or Firebase.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools.
- Experience building voice agents, chat agents, or complex workflow automation systems.
- Interest in fintech, wealth management, or personal finance.
