Job Title

Quality Assurance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that products are manufactured in compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting quality inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements: Pharma background and minimum experience 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP, and company policies.
Conduct in-process, finished product, and packaging quality inspections.
Review and maintain quality-related documentation, records, and reports.
Perform batch record review and verification.
Investigate quality deviations, non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse departments to resolve quality issues.
Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory audits.
Ensure proper implementation of quality systems and procedures across the factory.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Assist in training employees on quality standards and procedures.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds may also be considered.
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs, and quality management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation practices.

Documentation and report-writing skills.
Communication and teamwork abilities.

Reduction in deviations and non-conformances.
Timely completion of batch reviews and documentation.
Audit readiness and successful audit outcomes.
Implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
