Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager – Enterprise Solutions to lead enterprise demand generation and pipeline growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise B2B marketing, multi-channel campaign execution, ABM, AI-driven outreach, and marketing automation. You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Leadership teams to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth across global markets.
This role requires a highly analytical and fast executer marketer who can combine creativity, automation, and performance marketing to build scalable growth programs targeting enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute enterprise growth marketing strategies to drive awareness, qualified leads, and revenue growth.

Manage campaign budgets, targeting, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.

Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, email sequences, and CTAs.

Build reporting dashboards and monitor campaign performance metrics.

Collaborate with SDR and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Qualification Required
- 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Enterprise Lead Generation within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology environment.

Proven experience managing enterprise-focused multi-channel campaigns.

Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Exposure to AI Calling platforms and conversational AI tools.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Revenue Operations processes.
