Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present a variety of meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks) in large quantities, following recipes and portion control guidelines.
Menu Planning & Development: Design nutritious, cost-efficient, and appealing menus, considering seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions.
Kitchen Operations & Management: Oversee daily, fast-paced kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including proper food storage and temperature monitoring.
Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen helpers or junior staff to ensure efficient service.
Customer Service: Address customer feedback, manage dietary requests, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
