About Us

Re3define is a growing 3D printing service company specializing in custom product development, prototyping, and manufacturing solutions. We work closely with customers to transform ideas, sketches, images, and designs into functional 3D-printed products.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated CAD Designer & 3D Printing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of CAD modeling and a strong interest in product design, prototyping, and 3D printing. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D CAD models based on customer-provided images, dimensions, sketches, or requirements.
Convert customer concepts into manufacturable 3D models.
Prepare files for 3D printing and optimize designs for production.
Operate and monitor 3D printers during production.
Perform dimensional checks and quality inspections on printed parts.
Conduct test fitting and functional testing of prototypes.
Modify and improve designs based on customer feedback.
Troubleshoot minor printing and design issues.
Maintain project documentation and design files.
Ensure timely delivery of customer projects.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of CAD modeling.
Familiarity with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions.
Basic knowledge of 3D printing technologies (FDM, Resin, etc.) is preferred.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Qualifications

Diploma, ITI, BE/BTech, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship or project experience in CAD design will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience with 3D printers and slicing software.
Knowledge of STL file preparation and print settings.
Basic understanding of product development and prototyping processes.
Familiarity with measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers.
