Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to own and drive the end-to-end recruitment function across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in hiring strategy, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, vendor governance, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hiring delivery while continuously improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Ownership
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to offer negotiations.
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and hiring metrics.
Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on market trends, hiring feasibility, and talent availability.
Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide recruitment dashboards/MIS reports.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment between People and business teams.
3. Recruitment Vendor Management
Manage recruitment agencies, consultants, and external hiring partners.
Evaluate vendor performance through defined SLAs and hiring quality metrics.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and vendor agreements where applicable.
Optimize recruitment costs and improve vendor efficiency.
4. Recruitment Audit & Compliance
Conduct regular recruitment audits to ensure process adherence and documentation accuracy.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain audit readiness for hiring records and recruitment documentation.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures.
5. Background Verification & Recruitment Operations
Oversee end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes.
Ensure timely completion and closure of onboarding compliance requirements.
Create, update, and maintain hiring SOPs, process documents, templates, and policy guidelines.
Standardize recruitment workflows and improve operational efficiency.
6. Team Management & Leadership
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
Allocate hiring responsibilities and monitor recruiter productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance recruitment culture.

Preferred Qualifications
Professional experience of 6+ years in the talent acquisition field.
Experience in hiring for SaaS or a similar industry
Has experience working with or using ATS for managing the hiring process
