Resort Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Resort Sales Executive to strengthen our business growth and maximize resort revenue.

Job Summary

The Resort Sales Executive will be responsible for driving room revenue, events, corporate business, leisure bookings, and resort sales growth through proactive business development, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills with prior experience in hospitality sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

Generate business opportunities for room bookings, group stays, leisure segments, corporate tie-ups, weddings, conferences, and social events.
Identify and acquire new corporate accounts, travel partners, DMCs, travel agents, event planners, and business opportunities.
Conduct regular sales calls, property presentations, and client meetings to increase resort visibility and conversions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.

Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Maximize room occupancy and resort revenue through strategic selling.
Promote resort packages, seasonal offers, staycations, banquets, destination weddings, and F&B offerings.
Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to optimize business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

Ensure excellent pre-sale and post-sale guest/client engagement.
Handle client inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contract finalization professionally.
Maintain a strong customer database and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat business.
Resolve client concerns effectively while maintaining high service standards.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities within local and outstation markets.
Participate in sales promotions, networking events, exhibitions, and travel trade fairs.
Support digital promotions and lead generation initiatives where required.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily sales reports, business forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, proposals, and client communication.
Coordinate internally with Front Office, Reservations, Operations, and F&B teams for smooth execution of bookings and events.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Hotel/Resort Sales, Hospitality Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
Strong network within corporate, travel, wedding, or hospitality sectors preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with strong business conversion capabilities.
Good knowledge of hospitality sales strategies, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business development preferred.
