Role Summary Magneto CleanTech Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager – B2C to lead and manage the B2C sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling and monitoring the Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring regular follow-ups, lead management, sales closures, team productivity, and overall performance management of the B2C department. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, extensive B2C sales experience, and proven expertise in handling premium/luxury customer segments and high-performing sales teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and monitor the complete B2C sales team and BDMs.
Take daily reporting, sales updates, and performance reviews from BDM team members. Ensure timely follow-ups on all leads, enquiries, and client interactions.
Drive lead conversion and sales closure activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor employee productivity, discipline, attendance, and task execution within the B2C department.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Magneto’s B2C business.
Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Premium Residential Clients.
Track sales pipeline, conversion ratio, and team performance metrics regularly.
Conduct regular review meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions with the sales team.
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for campaigns, lead generation, and smooth project execution.
Ensure CRM, reporting systems, and sales dashboards are updated accurately.
Resolve escalations and support team members in critical client negotiations and closures.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Ensure adherence to company processes, reporting structures, and business policies
