Full job description

We seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Senior Sales Executive to expand our network within the architecture, interior design, and construction ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have proven field sales experience and a strong network among Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Project Consultants. Key Responsibilities The role involves generating business opportunities, developing key client relationships, conducting project-based sales, and driving revenue growth through strategic market penetration.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Field Sales

Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits and networking activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Project Consultants. Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate projects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Project Sales Management

Track ongoing and upcoming construction and interior projects.
Manage quotations, negotiations, and order closures. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Handle project specifications and vendor registrations where required.

Required Skills

Strong field sales and business development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong understanding of the real estate, construction, interior design, or building materials industry.
Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project visits.

Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹42,355.92 per month
