About Us

We are a growing online institute specializing in Human Resource Diploma programs. As a startup with a long-term vision, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate HR professional who can grow with the organization and contribute to building a strong academic foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training sessions for students enrolled in the Human Resource Diploma program.
Develop, review, and update course content as per industry requirements.
Manage and coordinate all academic activities related to the HR diploma course.
Conduct assessments, assignments, evaluations, and provide student feedback.
Support curriculum planning and course execution under the guidance of the management.
Assist in student mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and academic counseling.
Ensure smooth administration and documentation of course-related activities.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of training quality and student outcomes.

Requirements

MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of teaching, training, or academic experience in HR-related subjects.
Strong knowledge of HR concepts, recruitment, performance management, labor laws, employee relations, and organizational behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Looking for a candidate interested in a long-term association and growth with the organization.

Preferred Skills

Experience in online education or e-learning environments.
Course development and instructional design experience.
Industry HR experience will be an added advantage.
