About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Generalist who has successfully implemented AI systems and can help us architect, build, and scale AI-driven solutions across our business.
This is not a research or advisory role. We are looking for someone who can move beyond recommendations and actively execute AI initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
You will work closely with leadership, operations, product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, automate workflows, deploy AI systems, and create scalable processes that improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
AI Strategy & Execution
* Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organisation.
* Design and implement AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems.
* Translate business goals into practical AI solutions.
* Develop AI roadmaps and prioritise initiatives based on ROI.
Workflow Automation
* Build end-to-end automations using AI tools and platforms.
* Automate repetitive operational, marketing, customer support, and administrative processes.
* Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
AI Product Development
* Design and deploy AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and internal knowledge systems.
* Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
* Develop prompt frameworks and AI workflows for business teams.
* Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services.
Data & Intelligence
* Create AI-powered reporting and decision-support systems.
* Develop dashboards and insights workflows using AI.
* Implement systems for data enrichment, analysis, and predictive decision-making.
Operations & Optimization
* Measure AI performance and business outcomes.
* Continuously improve workflows based on usage and results.
* Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for AI adoption.
Required Skills
Proven experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments.
Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI ecosystems.
Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and related AI tools.
Experience building workflows using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, and system architecture.
Ability to design prompts, AI agents, and automated workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
Experience with Python, JavaScript, or low-code AI development environments.
Experience deploying AI systems for marketing, sales, operations, customer support, or product teams.
