*Job Title: Sales Tele Caller – Lift Manufacturing*
*Department: Sales & Marketing*
*Reports to: Sales Manager / Tele Sales Team Lead*
*Location: Andheri West *
*Job Type: Full-time*

*Job Summary:*
We are hiring a proactive Sales Tele Caller to generate leads and drive sales for our lift/elevator products. You will reach out to builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers over phone, pitch our products, and schedule site visits for the on-field sales team.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Outbound Calling*: Make 80-100 calls daily to prospective customers from provided database – builders, real estate developers, hospitals, malls, commercial complexes.
2. *Lead Generation*: Identify potential clients, understand project requirements for lifts/escalators, and qualify leads.
3. *Product Pitching*: Explain product features, specifications, pricing, AMC packages, and USPs of our lifts clearly over phone.
4. *Follow-ups*: Regularly follow up with prospects, share brochures/quotes via email/WhatsApp, and maintain call records in CRM.
5. *Appointment Setting*: Fix meetings/site surveys for field sales executives with interested clients.
6. *Target Achievement*: Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
7. *Market Feedback*: Gather competitor info, pricing, and customer feedback to share with sales team.
8. *CRM Management*: Update call logs, lead status, and customer details accurately in CRM software.

*Requirements:*
1. *Education*: Graduate in BA
2. *Experience*: 0-2 years in tele sales/tele calling. Freshers with good communication skills can apply. Experience in real estate/building material/lift industry preferred.
3. *Skills*:
- *Communication*: Excellent verbal skills in English, Hindi ,Marathi. Clear, persuasive phone manner.
- *Sales Acumen*: Basic understanding of sales process, negotiation, and objection handling.
- *Computer*: Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, email & WhatsApp Web.
- *Other*: Target-driven, patient listener, ability to handle rejections.
4. *Knowledge*: Basic technical understanding of lifts/elevators is a plus. Training will be provided.
