Admin Manager – Elevator Industry

Location: New Delhi, Vikaspuri

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

NEAR BY & IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERED.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our elevator company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hardcore administration, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of office, field, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall administration, office operations, facility management, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
Handle office assets, inventory control, and procurement activities.
Coordinate with service, installation, and operations teams for administrative support.
Manage office records, documentation, agreements, licenses, and statutory compliance-related records.
Supervise support staff, drivers, housekeeping, and office maintenance activities.
Liaise with vendors, government authorities, and external agencies as required.
Monitor administrative budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workplace efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Administration qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hardcore administration experience, preferably in elevator, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of office administration, vendor management, and facility operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and administrative reporting.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month (based on experience and capability).
