Growth Marketing Associate - 0–2 Years’ Experience
About the Role
We're a B2B SaaS company building in Hyderabad with global ambitions. Marketing here isn't a support function — it's a growth engine. You'll plan integrated campaigns across every channel, own pipeline metrics, and operate with the speed and clarity that only AI-native marketers can. If you think in funnels, write with precision, and obsess over what actually converts — read on.
The Funnel You'll Own End-to-End
Awareness → Lead Capture → Nurture → Trial / Demo → Conversion → Retention.
What You'll Own
1. Integrated Campaign Planning - Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, social, email, and content — all working toward one goal. Every campaign maps to a funnel stage with clear success metrics. Own the campaign calendar, messaging hierarchy, and cross-channel consistency.
2. SEO · AEO · GEO - Drive organic pipeline — not just traffic. Own keyword strategy around high-intent SaaS terms: alternatives pages, comparison pages, "best [category] tool" queries. Optimise for traditional Google search AND AI-powered answer engines via Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
3. LinkedIn Marketing - (B2B primary channel) LinkedIn is our #1 B2B channel — treat it that way. Own the company page: content strategy, posting cadence, follower growth, and engagement. Build thought leadership content for founders and the team. Run LinkedIn Ads — Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads — targeting ICPs by job title, industry, and company size. Track LinkedIn's contribution to MQLs and demo bookings via LinkedIn Analytics. Understand Social Selling Index (SSI) and dark social influence.
4. Social Media — Organic & Paid - Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube Shorts. Create organic posts, reels, and carousels — copy and creative direction. Schedule and manage content via Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later. Run ongoing A/B tests on formats, hooks, and CTAs. Build community, track dark social signals, and measure pipeline influence — not just reach.
5. Content Marketing - (Pipeline-driven) Write content that converts, not just content that ranks. Product-led blogs, competitor comparison pages, use-case landing pages, customer case studies, LinkedIn thought leadership, video scripts, and newsletters. Strong independent writing skills are non-negotiable. Maintain a content calendar and uphold brand voice and tone consistency across every channel and format.
6. Email & Marketing Automation - Build and manage behaviour-triggered email programs across the full SaaS lifecycle — drip sequences, trial on boarding, feature adoption nudges, upgrade campaigns, win-back flows, and churn prevention. Segment lists by ICP fit, plan type, and usage signals. A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and send times. Go beyond open rates — measure activation, PQL conversion, and expansion revenue influence.
7. Paid — Search, Social, Display & Retargeting - Run performance campaigns across Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Ads (Advantage+), and LinkedIn Ads. Define audience segmentation strategy and bid management approach. Run programmatic display and retargeting funnels for website visitors, free trial users, and churned customers. Write ad copy that speaks to real SaaS pain points. Own cost-per-MQL, ROAS, and trial signup targets. Monitor, test, and optimise continuously.
8. Web, Landing Pages & Branding - Own marketing pages — build and optimise landing pages using landing page builders (Un bounce / Insta page) for conversion. Understand CRO principles and run A/B tests on page elements. Use Hotjar and heatmaps to understand user behaviour. Ensure brand consistency — colour, typography, tone, and messaging — across every digital touchpoint. Basic HTML/CSS for minor edits is expected.
9. Analytics, Attribution & Pipeline - Own GA4, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio dashboards with clean UTM discipline across every campaign. Report on MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution, and trial-to-paid conversion. Understand multi-touch attribution and cookieless tracking. Manage lead scoring, MQL/SQL handoff to sales, and pipeline reporting. Use AI-powered analytics to surface patterns and present data as clear, actionable business insights.
How Success Is Measured
- MQLs / month — marketing qualified leads generated
- Trial signups — organic + paid combined
- CAC — cost to acquire a customer
- Pipeline $ — marketing-sourced ARR
