Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in Cyber Security, covering Offensive Security, Defensive Security, and Security Operations Center (SOC) technologies. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and online sessions, developing course content, mentoring students, and preparing candidates for industry-recognized certifications and real-world cybersecurity careers.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Instruction
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Cyber Security concepts and technologies.
- Conduct practical lab sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises.
- Develop and update training materials, lab guides, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Prepare students for cybersecurity certifications and job roles.
- Coordinate Seminars & College Webinars.

- Introduce students to emerging threats, tools, and technologies.
- Support placement activities through technical interview preparation and career guidance.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Networking, Linux, Windows Administration, and Cloud Security.
- Experience with Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment tools.
- Hands-on expertise in SIEM platforms and SOC operations.
- Knowledge of Incident Response and Threat Intelligence.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) - Preffered
- CompTIA Security+ (Optional not Mandatory)
- CompTIA CySA+ (Optional not Mandatory)
- Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) (Optional not Mandatory)
- eJPT (Optional not Mandatory)

Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, SOC Operations, Incident Response, or Cyber Security Training.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience preferred.
