- As a Team Lead Sales & BD you will be a part of next big travel revolution at Thrillophilia.com.

You will be responsible for building new categories, products and also responsible for the revenue generation from them.
You will work very closely with the founders at Thrillophilia to identify and generate such avenues.

Responsibilities:

To understand companies processes and use this knowledge to identify potential strategies to build new categories and it's sustainable growth in the long term.
Designing and implementation of new strategies for marketing and business development.
Strategy, Innovation, Negotiation and Idea generation.
Oversee new and existing product line assortment and modular planning for the category.
To identify potential suppliers, negotiating with them, managing existing accounts, building relationships and enhancing loyalty for the organization.
To help the company in strategic planning to increase the overall profitability of the organization and also to capture a huge market share in the coming few years.
Lead a team and provide overall direction for category team
Oversees the management of strategic supplier relationships

Requirements:

Minimum Prior experience of 3 years in business development or category sales management role.
Experience in category management, financial planning, replenishment management, retail operations management, or related field.
Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resource planning and presentation skills.
Should be able to lead a team of 4-5 people.

Work Experience: 3-8 years
