Job Description:

We are a full-fledged creative agency working across three verticals - Content Production, Influencer Marketing and Snoozz Labs (our own IPs).

At Snoozz, we are committed to delivering authentic storytelling and impactful campaigns. Our focus is on blending creativity and strategy to create work that is not only premium in look but also powerful in performance.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic YouTube Growth Manager who understands how to scale content channels organically through strong content planning, audience psychology, analytics and execution systems.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully worked on YouTube channels with proven growth, strong engagement, high retention and scalable content systems.

The ideal candidate should deeply understand YouTube content strategy, thumbnails, titles, Shorts, watch-time optimization, audience retention and platform algorithms. You will work closely with editors, writers, designers and production teams to build a consistent and high-performing content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute long-term YouTube growth strategies.
Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
Research and finalize high-performing content topics based on trends, audience demand and growth potential.
Build scalable systems for consistent content production and publishing.
Optimize content for CTR, watch time, retention and subscriber growth.

Channel Optimization

Create strong thumbnails and title strategies.
Improve audience retention through hooks, storytelling, pacing and structure.
Analyze channel analytics and implement data-driven improvements.
Monitor YouTube trends, competitors and algorithm updates.

Production & Team Coordination

Coordinate shoot schedules, edit timelines and publishing workflows.
Work closely with editors, scriptwriters, designers and production teams.
Ensure content quality, consistency and deadline management.
Help maintain a successful and sustainable upload schedule.

Performance Tracking Track KPIs including:

Views.
Watch Time.
Audience Retention.
CTR.
Subscriber Growth.
Engagement Rate.
Prepare performance reports and growth recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience growing YouTube channels with measurable results strong understanding of:

YouTube algorithm.
Audience psychology.
Retention strategies.
Viral content frameworks.
Short ecosystem.
Thumbnail & title optimization.
Experience handling personality-driven and/or faceless channels.
Ability to identify scalable content opportunities consistently.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality.
Comfortable appearing on camera when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Instagram Reels and cross-platform growth.
Understanding of international and local audience targeting.
Experience across multiple content niches.
Knowledge of current creator economy trends.
Experience managing teams or creative pipelines.
