Full job description

About Team

You will join a team consisting of experienced Developers and QA specialists which is working on modern suite of in-house developed enterprise software products. You will be responsible for implementing and executing standardized test framework in one of the customer facing applications.

Role

As a Digital QA Specialist, you will work closely with Test Managers, Automation Specialist, and other stakeholders to understand the scope, strategy, planning, capacity, and progress reporting. Support the digital transformation driving performance against operational objectives and driving initiatives in quality improvement

Areas of responsibility

In this position you’ll interact with multiple product teams, ensuring that software development is executed with speed, quality, and security:

Create the QA/testing environment and test data required for the software testing success. i.e. software and hardware for the teams to execute test cases.
Analyze and review the requirements.
Create and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data for both functional and non-functional requirements Execution , document, raise bug and create progress/audit reports.
Perform manual and automated tests during the overall software development life cycle.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing QA processes and recommend improvements.
Ensure that standards and safety regulations
Create training materials and operating manuals

Necessary qualifications

We imagine that your general experience is well aligned with the following:

Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance i.e STLC & SDLC.
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
Extensive experience in functional testing, integration testing, Performance testing, System testing, UAT testing, Sanity testing, Smoke testing and E2E testing
Experience working with Agile environment in an Enterprise
Hands on experience with automation Testing with any programing language.
Knowledge about performance and database testing
Experience in test management tools.
Knowledge about tracking tools and user experience.
Have a relevant education in Computer Science or equivalent
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist

In addition, we would be excided to see the following in a candidate:

Experience with unit testing, DevOps, Jenkins, Git, GitHub
Smart automation process
