Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, custom APIs, integrations, and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, ribbon customizations, and JavaScript components.
Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security models.
Build and maintain integrations between D365 CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Create and manage custom APIs and web resources.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and effort estimation.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Support production issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development.
Expertise in:

Experience with:

Ribbon Workbench
Power Automate
Power Apps
Hands-on experience with Azure services:
Azure Functions

Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Dataverse architecture and security model.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and solution deployments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing modules.
Knowledge of SSIS, KingswaySoft, or data migration tools.
Exposure to Power BI integration.
Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM technical development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
