Role Summary
At LSEG, we believe that listening to our colleagues is fundamental to creating a high-performing, inclusive and customer-focused culture. As a Senior Analyst, Employee Listening, you will play a key role in helping us understand colleague sentiment, experience and engagement, ensuring that employee feedback informs meaningful action and supports our strategic priorities.
Working as part of the Employee Listening team, you will support delivery and evolution of our employee listening strategy, partnering with colleagues across the People function, business leaders, external vendors to deliver impactful listening programmes. You will combine strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills to help translate colleague feedback into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement across.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Listening Delivery
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of LSEG's employee listening programmes, including enterprise-wide engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and other listening initiatives.
Partner with internal team members and external vendors to ensure successful execution of listening activities across the colleague lifecycle.
Support the adoption and optimisation of employee listening platforms, including implementation of new features and enhancements.
Ensure delivery of key programme landmarks while maintaining a strong focus on colleague experience and participant needs.
Insight Generation and Storytelling
Analyse employee listening data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of focus across the organisation.
Translate quantitative and qualitative feedback into clear, compelling insights that support business and People priorities.
Support the development of reports, presentations and communications that enable leaders to understand and act on colleague feedback.
Partner with collaborators to drive evidence-based discussions and action planning.
Stakeholder Partnership
Build effective relationships across the People function, including HR Partners, Talent, People Operations and Workday teams.
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing guidance on listening best practice, survey interpretation, and action planning.
Share lessons learned, standard processes and successful approaches to help strengthen listening capability across.
Governance, Operations and Continuous Improvement
Partner with People Operations and Workday teams to support data quality, governance and integration activities that underpin employee listening programmes.
Support system administration activities, including user access management and platform governance.
Develop and maintain documentation, processes, training materials, and operating procedures to support programme delivery.
Find opportunities to improve processes, enhance interested party experience, and increase the impact of listening programmes.
Strategic Projects
Contribute to broader Total Workforce Analytics and People Function initiatives that support LSEG's strategic objectives.
Support projects focused on colleague experience, organisational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
Skills and Experience
Essential
Experience in Employee Experience, Employee Listening, People Analytics, HR, Organisational Development, Customer Insights, Research, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement approach.
Experience working with survey, feedback, or insight-based programmes.
Desirable
Experience working with employee listening platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Peakon or similar solutions.
Familiarity with Workday and HR data environments.
Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Knowledge of employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and change management principles.
